Thank you for your interest in attending a Casting Carolinas Retreat. Our 3 day retreats are free of charge for women who are surviving cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. Retreat participants and volunteer staff gather in a beautiful natural setting for a much needed respite. The retreat schedule includes medical education, group support activities and the opportunity to learn a new skill – fly fishing.
Please fill out the information below and you will be contacted by a member of our staff who will send you a registration form, a waiver of liability, and a medical release to be completed and returned as soon as possible. Please note that the medical release must be signed by the physician currently in charge of your care. All forms must be completed and returned three weeks prior to the retreat date.
All information supplied in this application and subsequent registration forms, liability waivers, and medical releases is confidential and will be accessed only by staff on a need to know basis.
